Agile Delivery Manager - AWS Migration & Transformation

Responsibilities

• Create weekly engagement status and lead agile ceremonies including weekly status report, sprint demos, and daily standups
• Maintain a RAID log and escalation path; escalate to AWS EM or DPM
• Lead sprint planning and backlog management in Jira
• Compile findings and produce executive readout deck working with the Cloud Architect
• Schedule and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and readout of assessment findings; drive assessment outcomes
• Create the draft wave plan sequencing and migration roadmap timeline working with the AWS PCA

Required Skills

• PMP or equivalent agile project management certification
• 5 years Agile Project management experience
• Financial services client experience
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
• Agile Scrum methodology and sprint based delivery

Pay

This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Individual pay is determined by work location, job level, skills, experience, performance, and internal equity.
