Agile Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting to internal business groups on process improvements
• Analyze and document client requirements and system logic
• Monitor client feedback on business applications for enhancements
• Identify and develop cost-effective systems to meet business needs
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and facilitate quarterly planning
• Improve backlog quality and progress visibility

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in technology and Agile leadership
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps for Agile reporting and planning
• Proven track record in coaching teams through Agile transformations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and drive change without formal authority

Pay

• $100,000 – $130,000 annually
