Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Delivery Lead supporting the Product Owner within the LoanIQ product organization.
- Drive Agile delivery execution, ensuring teams adhere to Agile best practices and delivery commitments.
- Lead and facilitate meetings, standing in for the Product Owner when necessary, and ensure discussions result in clear actions and outcomes.
- Cookordination delivery activities across multiple products and teams, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, status updates, presentations, and communications for leadership stakeholders.
- Organize and streamline large volumes of information, distilling key insights, priorities, risks, and decisions for leadership consumption.
- Support product maturity initiatives and Agile transformation efforts across the broader organization.
- Facilitate cross-product synchronization and release coordination to ensure successful delivery across interconnected programs.
- Partner closely with business, product, technology, and operational stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to remove administrative and coordination burdens from the Product Owner, enabling greater focus on strategy and business priorities.
- Track action items, decisions, dependencies, and risks, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications

- Experience serving as a Delivery Lead, Program Coordinator, Scrum Master, Product Operations Lead, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong experience supporting Product Owners and senior leaders through coordination, reporting, and execution management.
- Demonstrated success facilitating meetings and driving outcomes with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience operating in portfolio-level or multi-product delivery environments.
- Familiarity with release coordination, dependency management, and cross-team synchronization.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive-facing communications.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with high initiative, strong accountability, and the ability to operate independently with minimal direction.
- Experience within Commercial Lending, Loan Accounting, or Loan Servicing environments (preferred).
- Exposure to LoanIQ products, platforms, or implementations (preferred).
- Knowledge of lending-related processes including (preferred): General Ledger, Loan Accounting, Payments, Tax Reporting, Loan Servicing Operations.
- Experience supporting large financial services organizations.
- Prior experience working with Wells Fargo or similar banking institutions is a plus.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent are desirable.
