Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles, practices, and organizational Agile standards.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-defined and prioritized Product Backlog.
- Guide teams in backlog refinement to ensure work items meet Definition of Ready criteria.
- Remove impediments and escalate blockers that impact team delivery.
- Promote team accountability for sprint commitments and delivery outcomes.
- Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and overall delivery health.
- Provide regular reporting to Senior Leadership and participate in product roadmap development.
- Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and continuous improvement techniques.
- Ensure transparency of work through proper use of Agile tools (i.e., Jira, FreshService, SmartSheet).
- Facilitate communication between development teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, quality, and delivery predictability.
- Assist in coordinating dependencies with other teams or vendors.
- Participate in Agile maturity and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain documentation related to team processes and delivery practices.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business partners to support alignment and communication.
- Complete required training.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master role, or related Project Management position.
- Experience: Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent): Preferred.
- Experience: Experience supporting Agile transformation or process improvement initiatives.
Skills
- Understanding: Strong understanding of Scrum framework, roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.
- Experience: Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through iterative delivery.
- Skills: Ability to identify and remove impediments to team progress.
- Communication: Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, SmartSheet, etc.).
- Coaching: Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Organizational: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay Range
$88,100 - $110,150 per year
