Job Duties
- Make cross functional AI product squads more effective by facilitating planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination in whatever form fits each team best
- Coach product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile principles and how they apply in a complex healthcare environment
- Identify and resolve blockers before they stall delivery, managing dependencies across product, platform, governance, and clinical teams and escalating when needed
- Maintain clear visibility into tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as work moves through the delivery cycle
- Plan and organize sprint demos and product testing events, ensuring the right stakeholders are involved and that feedback loops are tight and productive
- Collaborate across IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time and that resource gaps do not quietly become delivery problems
- Track and improve the health of delivery across the portfolio, using flow metrics and team feedback to identify where things are slowing down and why
- Keep portfolio leadership informed on delivery progress with timely, accurate, and actionable status communication
- Support onboarding of new team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement across the AI product function
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in an agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead role in a complex enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to flex across delivery frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
- Agile certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent; SAFe or advanced certifications a plus
- Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to create psychological safety on teams
- Familiarity with backlog and delivery management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent platforms
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and organizational complexity in large health systems or similarly regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting AI, data science, or machine learning product teams
- Exposure to Epic implementation or healthcare IT delivery environments
- Experience supporting multiple product teams simultaneously within a larger delivery program
- Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical informatics, or revenue cycle workflows
