Agile Coach / RTE

Seeking an Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join the Value Management Office (PMO) within the Applications IT organization. You will serve as the PMO contact supporting the ServiceNow Platform team, which consists of 5-7 sub-teams, some offshore. The role involves coaching teams and executive leaders with foundational Agile knowledge, starting as an Agile Coach and transitioning to an RTE role after 3-6 months as appropriate. The goal is to build a long-term partnership with the ServiceNow team.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile Coach for the ServiceNow Platform team, meeting teams where they are in their Agile journey.
• Provide coaching to executive leaders who are not Agile experts.
• Transition into the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE) after 3-6 months, as the team’s Agile maturity evolves.
• Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the ServiceNow team.
• Engage with both onshore and offshore sub-teams.
• Potentially consult with other application teams in the future.

Requirements

• Experience with Agile coaching, SAFe Agile, and Release Train Engineering.
• Familiarity working with ServiceNow developers and administrators preferred.
• Experience in large, complex environments.
• Ability to coach both teams and leaders in Agile practices.
• Willingness to start as an Agile Coach and transition to an RTE role over time.

Pay

$70.00 - $88.50 per hour.
