Agile Coach / RTE

Seeking an Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join the Value Management Office (PMO) within the Applications IT organization. You will serve as the PMO contact supporting the ServiceNow Platform team, which consists of 5-7 sub-teams, some offshore. The role involves coaching teams and executives with foundational Agile knowledge, starting as an Agile Coach and transitioning to an RTE after 3-6 months as appropriate.

About the role

You will partner with the ServiceNow team long-term, initially meeting them at their current Agile maturity level and providing coaching. Executive leaders in this organization are not Agile experts, so you will also coach them on Agile principles. The goal is to build a strong relationship with the team and eventually transition into an RTE role while maintaining engagement for years. Future consulting with other application teams is possible.

Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile Coach for the ServiceNow Platform team and its 5-7 sub-teams, including offshore members.
• Assess current Agile practices and provide tailored coaching to improve team performance.
• Coach executive leaders on Agile principles and leadership in an Agile environment.
• Transition into an RTE role after 3-6 months, implementing scalable Agile practices as appropriate.
• Build and maintain a long-term partnership with the ServiceNow team.

Requirements

• Experience in Agile coaching and Release Train Engineering (RTE).
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework.
• Experience working in large, complex environments.
• Preferred: Familiarity working with ServiceNow developers and administrators.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $88.50 per hour.
