About the role
Act as an Agile Coach, meeting teams where they are and providing tailored coaching. Support the ServiceNow Platform team within the Value Management Office. Coach executive leaders on agile principles and practices. Transition to a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role after 3–6 months. Build strong relationships and provide long-term support to the ServiceNow team. Potentially consult with other application teams in the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach
- Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles
- Ability to coach both development teams and executive leadership
- Experience working in large, complex environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow developers and administrators is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
