About the role
The Agile Coach will be responsible for leading and transforming Agile practices within a hybrid work environment in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Agile teams and leaders towards continuous improvement and excellence.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
- Support executive leadership teams in understanding and embracing Agile principles.
- Influence organizational change through strategic guidance and support.
- Communicate complex Agile concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders.
- Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with large-scale Agile transformations involving multiple business units.
- Background in organizational change management.
- Experience with product operating models and value stream management.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled delivery practices and modern Agile technology ecosystems.
- Experience implementing Agile practices across both business and technology functions.
Skills
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
- Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO).
- Scrum Inc. Registered Scrum Trainer (RST) or Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner.
- Project Management Institute PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
- Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC).
- Certified Team Coach (CTC).
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred).
Pay
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, 4 days onsite per week.
