Agile Coach

About the role

The Agile Coach is responsible for enabling teams, leaders, and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to adopt, implement, and continuously improve Lean-Agile principles, practices, and behaviors. This role serves as a change agent who promotes an Agile mindset across the organization, coaches teams and leaders toward high performance, and drives measurable improvements in delivery predictability, quality, flow, and business outcomes. The Agile Coach partners with Product Management, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technology Leadership, and delivery teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer value delivery.

• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders on Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Guide organizations through Agile transformation initiatives and maturity improvements.
• Promote Lean-Agile values, servant leadership, and continuous learning.
• Support adoption of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and flow-based delivery
