Agile Coach

For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking an Agile Coach to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Govern and enable the PI process across programs and ensure SAFe adoption
• Lead and develop RTEs for operating Agile Release Trains
• Serve as a servant leader for the Product, Engineering, and leadership teams
• Ensure quarterly alignment between business and technology through PI Planning
• Monitor program performance standards including predictability and delivery
• Provide advisory support to stakeholders on risks and improvement opportunities
• Facilitate PI Planning and ensure RTEs prepare teams for effective execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Graduate-level qualification in agile project management or organizational transformation preferred
• Minimum of two active SAFe or Agile certifications (SAFe RTE preferred)
• 5-8 years leading software teams at the program level
• Experience facilitating or co-facilitating at least three PI Planning events
• Training in leadership without authority and large-scale event facilitation
• Expertise in metrics, dependency management, and conflict resolution

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
