About the role

Eldercare Insurance Services is one of the largest distributors of Medicare Supplement and other Senior Market insurance products in the United States. Based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, EIS seeks a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Processing paperwork with insurance carriers for agents and agencies
• Providing overall agent support and assistance via phone and email
• Following up with insurance carriers and agents as necessary
• Processing applications and beneficiary enrollments
• Tracking statuses of contracts submitted by insurance agents
• Confirming certain requirements are met to sell Medicare Advantage and other Medicare products
• Tracking and reporting production
• Working in large files containing sensitive agent information to identify and resolve issues
• Working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and managing multiple priorities

Primary Skills & Requirements

• High School degree or equivalent
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Prior customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel preferred
• Ability to learn proprietary computer systems
• Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
