This hybrid position is designed for motivated, licensed agents who are ready to build a real estate career that is both successful and deeply fulfilling, right here in the community they live in.
Responsibilities
- Show property showings with buyers on behalf of lead agents
- Deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
- Communicate professionally with clients throughout the showing process
- Follow up with buyers after showings to capture feedback and next steps
- Serve as a Showing Agent while learning what it truly means to be a real estate agent
- Work alongside our lead agents, gaining hands-on experience with the local market and real client interactions
- Become a full Agent by building your own buyer and seller clientele
Qualifications
- Hold an active NC Real Estate License (required to apply)
- Be hungry, coachable, and committed to building a real career in real estate
- Enjoy working with people and thrive in a relationship-based environment
- Bring a positive, professional attitude to every client interaction
- Be comfortable with a commission-based income model and motivated by results
- Be organized, follow through on your commitments, and hold yourself accountable
- Be comfortable spending significant time in the field and driving throughout the market area
- Be ready to put in the work it takes to grow fast

Pay
$75,000 - $130,000 USD Yearly
This is a commission based position.
