Responsibilities
- Execute weekly PLACE lead generation strategies
- Host at least two open houses monthly
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice
- Attend team events and activities
- Engage in weekly coaching, training, and Partner Calls
- Guide buyers, secure agreements, and find properties
- Prepare and negotiate purchase offers
- Leverage PLACE Technology to track client interactions
Qualifications
