Agent/Showing Agent (Hybrid Role)

About the role

This hybrid position is designed for motivated, licensed agents who are ready to build a real estate career that is both successful and deeply fulfilling, right here in the community they live in.

Responsibilities

  • Show property showings with buyers on behalf of lead agents
  • Deliver detailed written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
  • Communicate professionally with clients throughout the showing process
  • Follow up with buyers after showings to capture feedback and next steps
  • Serve as a Showing Agent while learning what it truly means to be a real estate agent
  • Work alongside our lead agents, gaining hands-on experience with the local market and real client interactions
  • Build and maintain a personal database of clients and referral partners
  • Prospect, develop, and close your own buyer and seller leads
  • Manage client relationships from initial consultation through closing
  • Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
  • Negotiate contracts and coordinate transactions to close

Qualifications

  • Hold an active NC Real Estate License (required to apply)
  • Be hungry, coachable, and committed to building a real career in real estate
  • Enjoy working with people and thrive in a relationship-based environment
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude to every client interaction
  • Be comfortable with a commission-based income model and motivated by results
  • Be organized, follow through on your commitments, and hold yourself accountable
  • Be comfortable spending significant time in the field and driving throughout the market area
  • Be ready to put in the work it takes to grow fast
  • Have a high school diploma
