Agent, In House Marketing Call Center
About the role
Average of 6 months call center, reservations, or equivalent customer service experience required.
Minimum Requirements And Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends to suit business needs.
Responsibilities
Meet monthly tour flow targets set by management.
Work an outbound call list daily to book new presentation appointments and recover previously missed tours.
Qualify clients to ensure they meet the right criteria before scheduling.
Manage confirmations and reschedules for both internal appointments and third-party vendor bookings with accuracy and follow-through.
Maintain accurate data entry across Salesforce and sales center systems.
Prepare and deliver chase materials to resort rooms as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams across the region.
Assist at the lobby marketing desk when needed.
Compile and distribute daily performance numbers to regional leadership.
