Agent, In House Marketing Call Center

About the role

Average of 6 months call center, reservations, or equivalent customer service experience required. Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly tour flow targets set by management
• Work an outbound call list daily to book new presentation appointments and recover previously missed tours
• Qualify clients to ensure they meet the right criteria before scheduling
• Manage confirmations and reschedules for both internal appointments and third-party vendor bookings with accuracy and follow-through
• Maintain accurate data entry across Salesforce and sales center systems
• Prepare and deliver chase materials to resort rooms as needed
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and resort operations teams across the region
• Absorb and assist at the lobby marketing desk when needed
• Compile and distribute daily performance numbers to regional leadership

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Ability to actively listen to client needs and use that insight to build value and motivate attendance at a sales presentation
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Pay

The hourly rate for this role is $18.90 - $18.90 plus commissions and bonuses.
