Agent E2E architect

Responsibilities
- Participate in customer discussions to gather and analyze system requirements for performance, security, and scalability.
- Provide suggestions on solution architecture, contribute to tech framework development, support enterprise architecture definition, and drive design creation.
- Identify suitable technologies and tools available in the market, and perform comparative analysis aligned with client's business requirements to determine optimal architectural solutions.
- Participate in developing integration strategies based on validation of proof of concept of proposed architectural solutions.
- Facilitate smooth transition by ensuring knowledge transfer and adherence to quality standards, while contributing to build and deployment automation strategy.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex technical issues using solution deployment and rollout methods during build, deployment, and support phases.
- Analyze system performance based on implemented architectural solutions and support in identifying potential risks in the system landscape.
- Create artifacts of architectural frameworks and technical solutions to enrich the team's knowledge repository.
Contributions
- Analyze, design, and develop scalable and secure architectures.
- Assess multiple technologies, tools, and frameworks to recommend optimal solutions.
- Understand integration methodologies, proof-of-concept validation, and deployment strategies.
- Document architectural frameworks and solutions.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated with technical advancements to ensure relevant and effective recommendations.
- Maintain standards and ensure smooth transition through knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Data analysis and data profiling, ideally on large, complex datasets.
- Strong SQL and data-profiling tooling skills; comfortable querying unfamiliar schemas.
- Ability to reverse-engineer and document undocumented data structures.
- Experience building source-to-target mappings and data dictionaries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data integrity and quality.
Preferred Experience
- Telecom network inventory domain knowledge (copper/loop, circuit, SONET/OTN, equipment).
- Familiarity with LFACS, TIRKS, LEIS, NSDB, or comparable inventory systems.
- Exposure to mainframe (IMS/DB2) and Oracle data sources.
- Experience supporting data migration and reconciliation efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
