Agent Deployment Operations

About the role

The Deployments team at Runbook is responsible for training AI agents to handle real-world, operational workflows. This role involves understanding customer workflows, deploying these agents, and ensuring they run reliably.

Responsibilities

• Figure out the requirements of customer workflows and use AI tooling to turn them into reliable agents.
• Build rapport with customers and understand how their business operates.
• Design how our agents fit into customers' day and become a trusted advisor.
• Decide the performance bar for an agent and own getting it there through various means.
• Own the entire lifecycle of a deployment from pilot to production.
