Responsibilities
Agency Talent Professionals lead the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and coaching qualified entrepreneurial candidates, building strong networks, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully fill entrepreneurial or small business owner openings with high-quality talent, while ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience.
Requirements
- Strong and proven experience leading the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying, sourcing, and coaching qualified entrepreneurial candidates
- Experience building strong networks, and collaborating with stakeholders to successfully fill entrepreneurial openings with high-quality talent
- Experience ensuring an efficient and engaging candidate experience during the recruitment process
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge: Must demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the State Farm Agency distribution system, ICA Limited Tenure Agreement (LTA), Licensed Staff Agreements (LSA) and State Farm company operations, products, and services
- Compliance: Must understand and be compliant with State Farm Agency Recruiting and Human Resources recruiting and employment policies and federal and state law through entire recruiting, interview and screening process, and selection decisions
- Confidential Information: Must handle and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
- Valid Driver’s License: Must maintain a valid commercial license to lawfully operate vehicles as requested by the company

- Potential starting salary range: $80,600 - $101,450
- Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
