About the role
HH Staffing is seeking a Talent Agent to join a growing team in Plantation, FL (onsite). This is a full-time, direct-hire position.
Responsibilities
- Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality
- Efficiently conduct high-volume recruiting
- Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
- Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans
- Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems
- Conduct post-close administrative procedures
- Elicit confidence from prospects and leads
- Perform 25-30 interviews per week and 12-15 submittals per week
- Engage in lots of outbound sourcing and 5-10 connects per day
- Work on contract and contract-to-hire submittals
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting experience
- Property management industry knowledge preferred
- Must have a good work ethic
- Must be able to meet and/or exceed KPIs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges
- Possess close attention to detail
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Pay
$65,000 to $70,000 per year plus commission.
Schedule
Monday through Friday.
