About the Role

We are seeking an experienced talent agent or literary representative to represent and pitch a slate of film and television projects to major studios and production companies. This opportunity is not speculative development—several studios and producers have already expressed interest in the material, and we are looking for a professional representative to formally package, pitch, and help close deals.

About the Material

• Scripted film and television projects (details available upon entering into a formal working agreement)
• Market-ready concepts with strong commercial and creative positioning
• Existing interest and preliminary conversations with studios already underway

Responsibilities

• Strategically package projects (talent attachments a plus)
• Pitch to major studios and streamers
• Negotiate industry-standard deal structures
• Move projects from expressed interest to option, sale, or attachment

Requirements

• Established talent agent, manager, or literary representative with studio relationships
• Proven experience pitching to major studios and streamers
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with industry deal structures
• Professional discretion and responsiveness

Ideal Candidate

• Currently representing writers, directors, or producers
• Comfortable stepping in once interest has been signaled
• Understands how to move projects from interest to deal closure
• Looking to add commercially viable material to their slate

Compensation

Standard industry commission structure • Long-term representation potential depending on fit and outcomes
