Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic agency partnership plans
• Build and maintain relationships with senior agency decision-makers
• Serve as a trusted advisor to agencies on the company’s solutions
• Lead partnership discussions and commercial frameworks
• Identify and influence priority advertising client opportunities
• Quantify opportunities with data-driven business cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for agency engagement
• Synthesize feedback from agencies to inform product evolution

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital advertising sales or agency partnerships
• Established relationships with senior agency stakeholders
• Strong grasp of media planning, buying, measuring, and optimizing
• Proven track record in growing agency partnerships and revenue
• Experience in developing joint business plans across complex organizations
• Ability to influence various stakeholders, including executives
• Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic communication
• Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments with a focus on innovation

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
