Agency Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Oversight of day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Supporting team members through coaching and coordination of workflow.
• Contributing to marketing initiatives and outreach within the community.
• Tracking and analyzing business metrics to support growth objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior management experience, preferably in insurance.
• Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Life/Health).
