Agency Manager - South Hill

About the role

AmeriCare Plus is seeking an experienced Agency Manager to lead community outreach and growth efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners
• Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities
• Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness
• Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency
• Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff
• Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards
• Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of local healthcare networks (preferred)
• Passion for serving seniors and families

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing and growing a home care agency
• Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and business development strategies
