This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing day-to-day agency operations and supporting producer performance. What You'll Do Oversee daily agency operations and support the producer team Help manage pipeline, workflow, and customer service standards Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of agency staff Drive agency performance toward growth and retention goals What We're Looking For Prior insurance agency management or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and team leadership skills Comfortable managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment Why Brightway?
