The Claims Advocate will independently evaluate and triage claims, analyze claims data, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients on claims processes, coverage interpretation, and risk mitigation.
- Evaluate and triage claims to determine appropriate handling strategies
- Analyze claims data, loss trends, and exposure factors to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations
- Coordinate claim resolution strategies with carriers, legal partners, and internal teams
- Lead claims review discussions with clients, presenting insights, advising on reserve challenges, and influencing claim outcomes
- Interpret and apply policy provisions and carrier practices to guide clients through complex or escalated claims scenarios
- Manage carrier relationships and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure appropriate handling, responsiveness, and equitable resolution of claims
- Develop and deliver claims reporting and analysis, including loss runs, KPIs, and trend summaries
- Establish and refine claims handling procedures and workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall client service delivery
- Provide consultative guidance to clients and internal partners on claims-related risks, process improvements, and operational impacts
Compensation Package
The annual compensation range for this position is $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD for full-time employees.
