The organization operates in the Amazon marketplace sector, focusing on growing existing sellers through PPC and catalog management, building brands from sourcing to launch and ongoing management, and launching its own Amazon brands. Despite being relatively new in its current form, the company is growing rapidly and aims to reach six figures in monthly revenue within the year. As the number of launched brands increases, operational complexity grows, creating a need for dedicated leadership in product launch management.

About the Opportunity

The Amazon Operations Manager will take full ownership of the end-to-end product launch pipeline, leading teams responsible for catalog management and supply chain. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, timely launches of products on Amazon for both client and internal brands, relieving senior leadership from daily operational tasks and enabling strategic focus on portfolio growth and capital decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own all product launches from initial brief through first sale on Amazon for clients and internal brands
  • Cook up coordination across sourcing, catalog/listing, design, and PPC to ensure clean and timely launches
  • Maintain transparent launch pipeline with status, blockers, next actions, and owners for all active products
  • Lead the supply chain team, managing inventory forecasts and long-term stock planning
  • Handle sample and quality control communications within agreed parameters
  • Lead the catalog management team, ensuring high standards in listing launches and maintenance
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey in Brand Builder alongside Operations Coordinator
  • Maintain consistent client communications, minimum twice weekly for clients in sourcing phase
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking product launches, inventory, and brand performance
  • Implement AI and automation to reduce manual operations work by 50% within six months
  • Conduct weekly operations meetings independently, producing clear status reports for founders
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for operations team

Requirements

  • Over 7 years of operations leadership experience in e-commerce, Amazon, or supply chain-focused business
  • Hands-on Amazon product launch experience, understanding catalog, listings, and launch processes
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain dynamics including lead times, minimum order quantities, freight, quality control, supplier relations, and inventory forecasting
  • Excellent written English communication skills suitable for client-facing interactions
  • Practical experience using AI-driven automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or language model workflows
  • Proven ability to manage and hold cross-functional teams accountable
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving and initiative-taking skills
  • Based in or available to work within EU time zones (Western or Eastern Europe preferred)

Pay Range and Compensation Package

$3,000 to $5,000 per month
