Responsibilities
- Support the marketing activities of agents, provide training and troubleshooting on marketing systems and tools, including CRM, Marketing Toolkit, social media, agent websites, etc.
- Provide ideas, guidance, and support for local marketing activities and educate on best practices and guidelines.
- Serve as a resource to help agents drive new customer acquisition, cross-sell existing clients, and develop strategies that enhance client retention.
- Through monthly coaching calls and ad-hoc requests, support agents and their staff to plan marketing activities, answer marketing program and system questions, and provide up-to-date information on programs, initiatives, campaigns, and contests.
- Build relationships with your assigned agents, marketing peers, and field leadership, and collaborate on support of the agency force and achievement of company goals.
- Work with your assigned agents to establish goals, evaluate results and effectiveness of marketing activities, and make personalized recommendations for their local market.
- Serve as a valuable marketing resource in the field by providing feedback and ideas to Marketing Services leadership on programs, initiatives, opportunities, and agent marketing needs.
- Present and train on marketing topics and systems at the agency and state level.
Requirements
- Have a college degree or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience (marketing, sales, or insurance industry preferred).
- Be organized and able to multitask and effectively coordinate 60-70 agent offices in marketing support.
- Be a quick learner and tech-savvy to get up to speed on the many Marketing programs, tools, and systems available to agents.
- Have good communication, relationship building, and coaching skills in order to effectively work with agents and field leadership.
