Key Responsibilities

• Plan & implement enrichment activities
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment
• Supervise and interact with children
• Encourage teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence
• Lead and participate in community service projects
• Provide outdoor recreational opportunities
• Ensure safety and proper group management
• Transport children safely using a 15-passenger van
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and youth participants

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High-energy, responsible, and passionate about working with children
• First Aid & CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid Utah Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for transportation duties)
• Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Fluent in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
• Must demonstrate at least three strong leadership qualities

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time positions available now with a split shift schedule, before school hours and then afterschool hours
• Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, DOE
