Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager - Southwest

About the Team

The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales partners, managing forecasts and budgets, and expanding market presence through prospecting, pricing intelligence, and industry representation. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and frequent travel to effectively manage customer relationships and support business growth. This role is remote within Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers.
• Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting.
• Create and execute sales forecast and budget.
• Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers.
• Prospect and set up new accounts; process customer orders using an ERP system.
• Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.
• Provide back-up within the department and perform related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50-75%.
• 3+ years of customer service or sales experience; automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise are helpful.
• Effective presentation, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Pay

The expected base compensation for this role is $103,800 - $129,800 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
