About the role

Aftermarket parts specialist spends significant time reviewing parts orders from multiple ordering channels, resolves issues, communicates progress to dealer network and customers. They provide feedback regarding processes tied to parts ordering and stocking. The position is heavily focused on individual parts setup and ensuring core parts data is correct for automated ordering.

Responsibilities

• Covers all parts material requests in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures parts and supplies are available to fulfill work orders.
• Assists with potential vendor parts issues and resolves them.
• Ensures proper replenishment of stock and inventory.
• Aids in completing purchase orders and related documentation.
• Aids in updating core parts data and system data for correct parts setup.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of a perpetual inventory system.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to perform mathematical calculations, including decimals and percentages.
• Promotes goodwill and accountability between the company and the customer.
• Acts professionally and provides superior customer service and satisfaction.
• Builds trust with customer personnel through honesty and integrity.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision at times.
