Job Duties
Provides accurate information to the Dealer Network in a friendly manner.
Administrates inbound and outbound customer contacts and uses existing procedures to solve routine and non-routine customer contacts.
Order Management - Maintain parts orders with standard to moderately complex SAP transactions.
Communicate directly with shipping facility on order issues.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- 2 years related experience
- Basic knowledge ot SAP
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish
- Electrical or mechanical ability to read exploded views
- Previous experience using SAP or equivalent ERP
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Regularly required to stand and walk
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Occasional travel
