What You'll Be Doing
- Sell, stock, receive, and deliver parts and accessories
- Provide excellent in-store customer service and support over the phone
- Aid with ordering, researching, and sourcing parts for customers
- Maintain organized displays, promotional materials, and showroom merchandising
- Work with vendors and alternate resources to fulfill customer needs efficiently
- Pick up and deliver equipment as needed
- Monitor shortages and expedite orders to maintain inventory levels
- Support audit compliance by ensuring accurate processes and recordkeeping
- Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate a team-player mindset
Qualifications
- High integrity, reliability, and a strong team player
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service focused with a positive attitude and high energy
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette
- Basic computer and data entry/keyboarding skills; ability to research parts online
- Previous parts or service experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including participation in a Saturday rotation
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record
Preferred
- 3-5 years parts counter experience
- Forklift certification
- Familiarity with John Deere equipment, or other agricultural, turf, or construction machinery
- Prior experience in parts sales, service, or inventory management

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday
- Frequent use of hands for handling parts, operating tools, computer, and phone
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. regularly
- Requires close vision for reading, inventory, and computer work
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
- Sufficient hearing required to communicate in active warehouse and work environments
- Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if not certified)
- Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and warehouse/yard environments
