About the role

AlphaBEST is seeking a Part‑time Group Leader for Hopkins Elementary Schools in Hopkins, SC. As a guide, you will lead students through fun learning activities across fitness, the arts, technology, and more, with ample support and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and other areas.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children’s sense of wonder.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students’ interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 6 months experience instructing children in a group setting.

Pay

$17.00 per hour.

Schedule

Part‑time, Monday‑Friday, 2 PM – 6 PM. No weekends.
