Apply Job Type Part-time Description Join Our Team! Derby Academy is seeking caring, energetic, and dependable individuals to join our Stay & Play after-school program for the 2026–2027 school year. This program provides a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for students in Preschool through Grade 5 after the school day ends. Responsibilities Supervise and engage students during after-school care.Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels welcome.Promote positive behavior through clear expectations and encouraging interactions.Assist with snack time, transitions, and daily routines.Ensure the safety and well-being of all students while following school policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and families when appropriate.Help maintain organized and welcoming program spaces. SCHEDULE Typical Shifts Include Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PMFriday: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM Applicants may be available for some or all of these days. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Range is $17.00 - $30.00 per hour. Why Derby?
