About the role
Living Resources is a non-profit human services agency whose core purpose is to support and empower individuals with disabilities or other life-challenging conditions to live with dignity, independence, and happiness. We partner with families to provide care, services, and peace of mind.
As an After School Program Instructor or Lead Instructor, you will assist program participants in activities such as activity planning, recreational activities, arts and crafts, meal planning/prep, and community utilization activities that promote self-sufficiency and independence.
Current shifts:
- Part-Time, 1:45 pm – 6:00 pm at Colonie & Rotterdam locations
- Part-Time, 2:15 pm – 6:00 pm at Clifton Park location

Requirements
- Passionate about making a difference
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid NYS Driver’s License for transporting individuals to community activities
- Experience with people with developmental disabilities (preferred)
