About the role
The After School Program Instructor position at Living Resources is part-time, Monday through Friday from 1:45 PM to 6 PM. This role is based in Schenectady County.
Responsibilities
- Assist program participants in all created activities such as activity planning, recreational activities, arts and crafts, meal planning/prep, and community utilization activities.
- Promote the self-sufficiency and independence of the program participants.
Requirements
- Passionate about making a difference.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities.
- Experience with people with developmental disabilities, preferred.
