About the role

The Clinical Supervisor (After‑School BCBA) is a full‑time, hybrid position overseeing a caseload of center‑based after‑school ABA clients. Responsibilities include ensuring treatment fidelity, caregiver collaboration, and positive clinical outcomes while mentoring and supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). After‑school hours run Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. (flexible) with optional Saturday sessions 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; partial on‑site presence is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a caseload of clients, ensuring individualized treatment plans align with ABA best practices
• Maintain a small caseload with 28 billable hours per week
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity across services
• Conduct one‑on‑one caregiver training sessions to empower families and support skill generalization
• Facilitate group caregiver training to promote education, collaboration, and engagement
• Complete client intake assessments and develop comprehensive, goal‑driven treatment plans
• Review and update treatment plans regularly based on assessment data and client progress
• Monitor RBT clinical performance and provide ongoing mentorship
• Conduct regular supervision and mentor meetings
• Deliver feedback, coaching, and training to enhance clinical skills and implementation quality

Requirements
