Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of clinical programming for a small caseload of clients
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs)
- Maintaining compliance with Maryland and insurance requirements
- Monitoring client progress and adjusting programming as needed
- Completing documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure consistency of care
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Maryland LBA
- Experience in ABA therapy and supervision
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-home + remote)
