After Hours Support Specialist

About the role

Tribute Home Care is seeking an After Hours Support Specialist to work on Friday nights from 5:00PM EST - 8:30AM EST. This is a mission-driven position for someone who enjoys making a difference and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Caregiver Associates, current clients, and their representatives
• Handle inquiries and issues professionally and calmly
• Work flexible overnight shifts, including quiet hours for rest
• Attend occasional trainings and company events

Requirements

• Living within commuting distance of Tribute's offices
• At least 1 year of administrative experience in health care, elder care, or human services
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Prior experience in a remote working environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
• Unwavering commitment to customer service and service excellence
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Calm demeanor and patience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
