About the role

Robinson+Cole, a Vault “Top Ranked” Am Law 200 firm, seeks an attorney with at least three to seven years of experience to join the Affordable Housing and Finance team in the Boston, Hartford, New York City, Providence, Stamford, or Washington DC offices.

Responsibilities

  • Represent institutional lenders in multifamily real estate transactions utilizing federal, state, and local programs on a national basis.
  • Minimum of three years of experience representing clients in Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac transactions.
  • A background in affordable housing transactions is helpful, although not required.
  • Join a productive and fast-paced practice.
  • Work as part of a team as well as independently.

Requirements

  • Top academic and transactional credentials.
  • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Admitted in the state of their primary office location.

Pay

The target base salary range for this position is $195,000 to $227,500. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's prior experience, class year, skills, qualifications, and office location.

Schedule

Robinson+Cole supports the flexibility provided by a hybrid work model. Our attorneys are asked to work in the office a minimum of 2-3 days per week to benefit from in-person connection and collaboration.
