About The Role
Cohen Liuzzo PLLC is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, specifically in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC.
Responsibilities
- Represent owners/developers of affordable housing
- Play key roles in complex property acquisitions/dispositions, joint ventures, development deals, and financing transactions
- Support in "running a deal" and supervising deal team members
Requirements
- 3-5 years of sophisticated transactional real estate experience, specifically in affordable housing/community development/LIHTC
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident drafting and editing abilities
- A commitment to excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

$190K-$260K, commensurate with experience
