Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and optimize our affiliate program. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and nurturing affiliate partners, driving revenue through performance-based partnerships, and leveraging data analytics to continuously improve program outcomes. You will collaborate closely with the content, product, and sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Affiliate Program Management
• Assist in the day to day management of the affiliate program across all channels and platforms
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing relationships with high-quality affiliate partners
• Maintain the integrity of the program by monitoring affiliate activity and enforcing compliance
• Performance & Analytics
• Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics
• Use data insights to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the affiliate network and grow program revenue
• Manage affiliate marketing software, tracking platforms, and third-party networks
• Content & Creative Coordination
• Ensure all partner-facing materials are on-brand, up-to-date, and compliant with guidelines
• Support affiliates with resources, training, and best practices to maximize their performance

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten)
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, decision-ready insights preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Pay Range

The salary for this position is $30.00 - $33.50 per hour. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background, skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other non-discriminatory factors. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. [Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments].
