Affiliate Marketing Specialist - US, Remote

About the role

VistaPrint is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join its Global Performance Marketing Team. Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Marketing, you will manage a large-scale affiliate program across North America, ensuring brand compliance, monitoring partner activity, and coordinating with various cross-channel teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage affiliate promo codes and tracking links end-to-end: setup, QA, attribution validation, and troubleshooting prior to campaign launches
• Maintain brand compliance, monitor partner activity for unauthorized paid search bidding, and address coupon/code leakage issues; flag violations and coordinate resolutions with partners and agencies
• Collaborate with cross-channel teams to ensure consistent customer-facing messaging across markets
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner operational inquiries, creative asset distribution, and campaign updates
• Create and maintain performance reporting templates, input data for Looker integration, and contribute to market reporting
• Analyze global channel performance against forecasts and assist in developing forecasting methodologies and goals
• Verify internal data against affiliate platform reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Work with pricing, creative, and promotional planning teams to secure campaign assets and develop quarterly offer strategies
• Communicate with the global agency team to support ongoing initiatives and review deliverables

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Prior understanding of digital marketing channels and a curiosity about using data to drive decisions
• A strong interest in marketing attribution and incrementality, asking "is this actually driving results?" rather than just "what does the dashboard say?"
• Proficiency in AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• A track record of success working both independently and within diverse, global teams
• Experience working effectively across time zones with distributed teams
• An analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven marketing

Pay

US Target Hiring Range: $51,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
