Responsibilities

• Perform assigned and scheduled treatments to all guests per company direction while maintaining WORLD SPA’s Standard of Excellence.
• Upkeep and maintain state‑of‑the‑art treatment rooms and equipment to company standards.
• Continuously provide outstanding customer service.
• Attend and participate in regular training and development meetings to stay current on the company’s treatments and procedures.

Requirements

• Current New York State license to practice massage therapy.
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Energetic, engaging, and eager to perfect craft and skills.
• Courteous and respectful to guests, members, colleagues, and leadership.
• Willing and able to perform massages and body treatments in line with the company’s vision, direction, and standards.
• Strong client‑facing, consultative selling, upselling/upgrading, and cross‑promoting skills.

Pay

The rate for this position is $16.50 per hour, and is eligible for commission per treatment performed, as well as gratuities left by guests.
