Aesthetician

We are seeking both a part-time hourly aesthetician and a contract aesthetician for our busy Indianapolis medical spa and dermatology office.

Schedule

• Part-time hourly aesthetician: Every Thursday and Friday from 3 to 7 pm, plus every other Saturday from 12 pm to 4 pm.
• Contract aesthetician: Flexible self-scheduled shifts with a minimum of one 4-hour shift per week and at least 3 weeks per month. Schedule must be declared 4 weeks in advance.

Pay

• Part-time hourly aesthetician: $8 per hour plus 100% of tips.
• Contract aesthetician: Fee per service rendered plus 100% of tips.

Requirements

• Current Indiana aesthetician license with no negative reports, suspensions, or actions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa setting and 1 year in a medical or blended medical setting.
• Kind, soothing, and collaborative personality with professional conduct and dress.
• Organized and structured with excellent self-management skills.
• HIPAA compliance and training mandatory.
• Timeliness, high discretion, and strict adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Proficiency in: chemical peels, skin evaluations, relaxation and results-driven facials, acne treatments, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, enzyme peels, waxing, eyebrow shaping, phototherapy, microneedling, PRP, and common skin conditions.
• Reliable transportation and legal ability to work in the U.S.
• Residence in reasonable proximity to the office.
• Ability to pass background checks and sign non-compete/non-disclosure agreements.
• Age 18 or older.

Training

Up to 2 full work weeks (Wednesday through Saturday) of training, including 4 days of virtual training and 4 days of on-site shadowing, paid at $8 per hour.
