About the role
Lumenis is a global pioneer in energy-based medical technologies, trusted by physicians and healthcare providers worldwide. As a District Sales Manager (DSM), you will own and grow a high-impact territory by driving capital equipment sales, expanding existing customer relationships, and developing new business across the Aesthetics market.
Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Build and execute a strategic territory plan to drive revenue growth and market expansion by prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding existing accounts and uncovering opportunities across practices and med spas.
- Own the Sales Process: Manage complex capital equipment sales cycles from prospecting through close, while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline management in Salesforce and partnering with regional leadership to execute territory growth strategies and performance.
- Build Customer Partnerships & Stay Connected: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and key decision-makers, deliver consultative presentations and demos, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success, and represent Lumenis at training, events, and territory travel to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales or capital medical device sales experience
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills with experience managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers, supported by high personal accountability, urgency, follow-through, and strong pipeline and territory management capabilities
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Valid driver's license required
Pay
$290-$350k + total cash compensation at 100% attainment, additional earnings for top performers
Schedule
Approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory and occasional domestic travel for meetings, training, and industry events
