About the role

The District Manager (DM) oversees 15-20 store locations, ensuring financial results, company program execution, and store culture. Key responsibilities include supporting the company culture, completing monthly audits, coaching management, and communicating policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the company culture through consistent customer service, sales culture, store presentation, and operational excellence.
  • Completes DM Audits/Store reviews monthly and coaches the management team.
  • Ensures store compliance with company policies and communicates these policies to employees.
  • Provides a consultative selling environment through coaching and feedback to management and employee teams.
  • Works with organizations outside the store to lead the local business community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of seven years multi-store management experience, including at least two years as a Store Manager, preferably in a mid-size to large retail service-orientated environment.

  • Demonstrated skills and learning through an internal development program and selection process.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $106,500/year to $200,000/year, with adjustments based on state and local minimum wages. The company offers competitive salaries, a benefits package, including a 401(k), and opportunities for growth within the organization.
