About the role

The District Manager (DM) oversees 15-20 store locations, ensuring financial performance, adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

• Completes monthly DM Audits/Store reviews
• Coaches and develops management teams
• Maintains store compliance with company policies
• Communicates policies to employees in a developmental manner
• Provides a consultative selling environment through coaching and feedback
• Works with external organizations to lead the local business community

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years multi-store management experience, including at least two years as a Store Manager
• Experience in a mid-size to large retail service-orientated environment
