About the role
The District Manager (DM) oversees 15-20 store locations, ensuring financial performance, adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive corporate culture.
Responsibilities
- Completes monthly DM Audits/Store reviews
- Coaches and develops management teams
- Maintains store compliance with company policies
- Communicates policies to employees in a developmental manner
- Provides a consultative selling environment through coaching and feedback
- Works with external organizations to lead the local business community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of seven years multi-store management experience, including at least two years as a Store Manager
- Experience in a mid-size to large retail service-orientated environment
